LOCATION: Alpharetta, GA

JOB TITLE: Receptionist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Answer Phones and direct calls to correct department/person (includes looking up accounts in management system  databases to determine correct recipient)
  • Greet visitors
  • Process incoming faxes
  • Process incoming emails (those sent to general email addresses)
  • Go to Post Office to send certificates of mailing daily.  Sort, label, scan and distribute mail.

The above responsibilities include the following departments (Genesee General, GSB, Genesee General of Colorado and Programs).

LOCATION:  Alpharetta, GA

JOB TITLE:  Property & Casualty Underwriting Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

This position includes but is not limited to the following :

Process renewals, including soliciting some brokerage accounts, quoting and updating renewal list.  Issue binders, policies and endorsements.  Communicate with agents and carriers.  Document files in management system with correspondence and notes of conversations.    Follow up for information/documents as needed using tasks/reminders in management system.  Report Claims.  Process DNOC’s and Reinstatements.  Occasionally back up the front desk/reception as needed.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Strong customer service skills (verbal and written)
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Ability to work as part of a team
Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Insurance background and/or experience preferred
